# Submit an address verification request

> Request a physical field visit or a digital address check for a candidate or business, one at a time or in bulk.

Address verification confirms where a candidate or business is located. You can submit a single request, or upload many at once with a CSV template.

There are two check types:

* **Physical Field Visit:** a field agent visits the address.
* **Digital Geolocation:** the address is checked digitally.

## Submit a request

**1. Open Address Verification**

Go to **Quick Check** > **Address Verification**.

**2. Start a new check**

Click **+ New Address Check**.

**3. Choose the check type**

Select **Physical Field Visit** or **Digital Geolocation**.

**4. Choose single entry or CSV upload**

Submit one candidate at a time, or upload several with the CSV template.

**5. Enter the details**

Provide the candidate or entity details: residential address, state, LGA, landmark and phone number. Confirm that you have the candidate's consent.

**6. Submit**

Click **Submit Request**.
