Activating your business account unlocks production features and live verifications. Until you activate, you can keep testing in the sandbox. You complete your business profile, upload your documents, fund your wallet and submit the account for compliance review.

Before you start

Have these ready:
  • Your business name, registration number (RC or BN), tax identification number (TIN), address and sector.
  • Your incorporation documents.
  • Identity documents for your directors.

Activate your account

Open your business profile

Log in to Cowork and go to Settings > Business Profile. You can also start from the activation banner on the Overview page.

Enter your business details

Enter your business name, registration number (RC or BN), TIN, address and sector.

Upload your documents

Upload your incorporation documents and the identity documents of your directors and UBOs.

Fund your wallet

Add funds to your wallet. See Fund your wallet.

Submit for review

Click Submit Activation Request. Your request goes to Youverify for compliance review.
