Understand verification statuses - Youverify

Every verification check in Cowork shows a status. You can see them in Quick Check > Customer Verification History. The same statuses apply across identity, document, business and AML screening checks.

Status meanings

Status	What it means
Found (also shown as Successful)	The details match a record in the government database.
Not Found (also shown as Failed)	The details don’t match, or the ID isn’t indexed.
Pending (also shown as Processing)	The check is still in progress with the data provider or a field agent.
In Progress	The check is waiting for the candidate to complete their part of the workflow.
Rejected	The input or image was invalid, or the document quality was too low.

What to do next

Pending or In Progress: wait, or follow up with the candidate if the check needs their input.
Not Found: check that the details were entered correctly, then try again.
Rejected: resubmit with valid input or a clearer image.
