Generate and manage API keys

API keys authenticate your server-to-server calls to Youverify. Create separate keys for the Sandbox and Live environments.

Create an API key

Open the Developer Hub

Click Developer Hub in the sidebar.

Choose the environment

Choose Sandbox or Live.

Create a new key

Click + Create New API Key.

Name the key and set permissions

Enter a name for the key and set its permissions or scopes.

Copy and store the secret key

Copy the secret key and store it securely.

Keep your secret key on your server. Never put it in a web page, a mobile app, or source control.
