User roles and permissions - Youverify

Cowork uses role-based access control (RBAC). Each person in your workspace has one role, and the role decides what they can see and do.

Roles at a glance

Role	What they can do
Owner	Full control of the workspace, including billing, API keys and team management.
Admin	Operational access to workflows and verifications.
Analyst	Run checks and view cases and risk profiles. Also called Specialist.
Viewer	Read-only access to reports.

Choose the right role

Give each person the lowest role that lets them do their job. For example, give a compliance reviewer who only reads reports the Viewer role, and keep the Owner role for the few people who manage billing and API keys. To give someone a role, see Invite, manage and remove team members.
